Mobile Vehicle Repair

A lovely couple just brought a Jeep Cherokee from a second hand owner for their growing family, as their old car was getting a bit small.

Once getting the car home their child accidently scratched a few panels along the side of the vehicle with their scooter while riding in the driveway. Overall there were three panels damaged by the incident leaving the new owners extremely disappointed.

Rather than going to a Crash Repair Shop they decided to contact the staff at SMART Paintworx hoping the mobile vehicle repair option would be a cheaper and more convenient way of having the repairs done. They were thrilled that with one phone call they could obtain a free no obligation quote for their panel scratches which was far less than expected. They quickly made arrangements for the vehicle repairs to be booked in.

The option of a mobile service or a repair carried out at our Pt Adelaide workshop was offered to them. Chosing the latter they decided to make a day of the trip from the Barossa Valley and take in the local sites of Pt Adelaide.

Once the technician went over the repairs with them they unloaded the kids from the car and went for a wander around Pt Adelaide stopping for lunch at one of the many cafes and treating the kids to a spot of dolphin watching on the Pt River.

Imagine their delight when they returned a couple of hours later to find that the technician was able to polish the scratches from two of the three panels leaving only one panel needing paint repair. That little cost saver just paid for their lunch……….
